The Shore Tech is proud to be a Jersey Shore company.
We are a family owned business of highly qualified individuals with complimenting talents. We have over 14 years of education and 40 years IT experience combined. We are, without a doubt, an IT family. The Shore Tech family has been residents of the Jersey Shore for four generations.
The President of the company, Joseph, is a United States Marine with 6 years of IT education and over 15 years of IT experience. Joseph has work in nearly all aspects of IT. Help desk, field service, network administration, application development and Service Manager are all some of the roles he has filled over his career. He continually keeps his skills up to date and stays current with the IT business trends. He values his integrity and work ethic. He is always honest and upfront, even if it means The Shore Tech does not get your continued business.
The Shore Tech pledges to be an honest company. We will always let you know the truth about your project. There are always advantages and disadvantages to deploying any IT strategy. We let you know what could go wrong and how likely there is to be service interruptions, before you decide to make a change. We will never sell you something you do not need. The Shore Tech will always be straight forward in its dealings, no hidden fees, no unneeded products and no false promises.
The Shore Techs will always do it right. When you become a customer, all your service requests go through a project management cycle. It always starts with documentation and bench-marking. Once all the information is gathered, we will plan. We will test before deployments. We help you get to exactly where you what to be in regards to IT cost, availability, and growth. The Shore Tech intentionally has a business model that relies on the customers success. We don’t make money unless you do. We only grow when the customer grows and requires more services. This by design, we what everyone at The Shore Tech who deals with a customer, has a vested interest in that customer's success. Our service is subscription based, meaning you can cancel or moved at the end of term. We keep our overhead low, so our prices stay low.
Finally, The Shore Tech wants to contribute to the Shore Community. We have a strong desire to help small business get started, help out local charities, and outreach to under privileged youth. We want to help kids have access to computers during their before and after care programs, so they can learn skills required by the modern world.
